The weakest link in the Activision DJ Hero controllers is the crossfader slider. If yours has broken, we're coming to the rescue! For $36.90 ($25.95 repair fee, plus $10.95 return shipping), we can replace the slider with a brand new one, and get you quickly back in the game. Our turnaround time is usually one day! Here's how to proceed...

First, print and fill out the Service Form. For payment, you can fill out credit card information on the service form (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), or you can include a $36.90 money order with it.	Unplug the controller section with the crossfader and knobs from the turntable - do not send us the turntable or Wii remote.
Pack the controller securely, and be sure to include the silver slider knob if it has broken free, so that we can install it (the new slider does not include a new knob). Pack the Service Form (and your money order, if that is how you are paying) inside the box as well.	Seal up the box, and ship it to:      Syntaur Productions      DJ Hero Service      1418 N Walnut Ave.      New Braunfels, TX 78130. If you ship by UPS, it will automatically be insured for $100, and you can track the package. If you ship through the postal system, you will probably want to insure the package.
