Syntaur Soundsets - Ensoniq Soundsets

Syntaur Soundsets Each of these sets of 40 sounds was programmed by Sam Mims; they are some of the best sounds available for the ESQ and SQ-80 keyboards. Included with each set is full documentation with performance notes and tips. Sounds are available on SQ-80 disk, or on PC-format floppy disk (you must have a PC computer with a MIDI interface to load these sounds into your keyboard; loading software is included on the disk). Cartridges for these keyboards are no longer available. Soundset 1 - A set of 40 must-have sounds for the pop music scene, covering strings, brass, orchestral instruments, pianos, bells, and even an organ with a built-in controllable Leslie effect. Soundset 3 - These programs are only for the ESQ-1 using operating system 3.5. By manipulating the operating system, over 250 "hidden waveforms" were found in the ESQ-1, the best of which were used to make up this collection of lush sounds which goes even beyond Soundset 2. This set is not available for the ESQ-M or SQ-80, and it will not work correctly with ESQ-1 operating systems before 3.5.

Soundset 4 - These programs are only for the SQ-80, and take advantage of the waveforms unique to this keyboard. In addition, some programs use "hidden waveforms" similar to Soundset 3.
