We will be happy to replace any floppy disk that we sold you - for any reason, at any time. Simply return the damaged disk to us, with $5.95 for shipping and handling (S&H fee is waived for the first 90 days after purchase). Lifetime guarantee applies to original purchaser only, and to sounds on floppy disk only. Other products are warranted for 90 days.
