Ordering and Shipping Information

"How long will it take my order to arrive?" - Click here to find out.

"How can I find out what the shipping charges will be before ordering?" - Go ahead and start to place the order online. On the "Your Shopping Cart" page, you can enter the US Zip Code or the country in the box that says "Ship to (optional)". Once you enter this and click update, the correct shipping charges (and any applicable sales taxes) will be displayed. This won't become a real order until you go through the Checkout procedure, so it's easy to use to get a quick idea of what an order will cost.

Ordering on-line - You can order on-line with a credit card or PayPal account. When you see a product you would like to purchase, simply click the "BUY" button, and this product will be added to your shopping cart. When you are finished adding items, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the Shopping Cart page, and fill in the appropriate information. If you do not have a PayPal account and just want to use your credit card, click on "Continue" in the lower left of this page (where the credit card logos are shown).

In rare cases, shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and other countries may be different from those shown here. We will contact you before processing your order if the shipping charge will be different from that shown.

Any credit card and personal information you enter on our website is done over a completely secure server.

Ordering by phone - Call (800) 334-1288 (U.S. only) or (830) 627-1530, weekdays between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm Central Time, to place your credit card or debit card order.

Ordering by mail - Send orders to the address below. Please tell us your name and street address (UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box), your telephone number, the keyboard(s) you are ordering for, and the products you want. Include shipping costs (call for the exact amount), plus sales tax (Texas residents only).

Method of payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards, PayPal, money orders, and checks (from within the U.S. only; please allow an extra 14 days for check processing). Returned checks will be subject to a $25 service charge.

Shipping and tax - There is a minimum $5.95 shipping and handling charge for all U.S. orders. Shipment is normally made within 24 hours; please allow 5 working days for delivery. UPS Second Day and next-day shipping are also available. Texas residents must add 6.25 percent sales tax. Any additional shipping charges that are incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information will be charged to the customer.

Foreign orders - If you are not ordering on-line, please call or email for the exact shipping charges for your order. In some cases, shipping charges for other countries may be different from those shown on our web site. (If you place an on-line order, we will contact you before processing your order if the shipping charge will be different from that shown.) Payment must be made in U.S. funds; credit card payments are simplest, or you can send an international money order in US dollars, or wire funds directly to our bank (email us for details). The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be levied by the country of destination. We do not know what these charges may be; contact your customs department for more information.

Lifetime Disk Guarantee - We will be happy to replace any floppy disk for any reason, at any time. Simply return the damaged disk to us, with $5.95 for shipping and handling (S&H fee is waived for the first 90 days after purchase). Lifetime guarantee applies to original purchaser only, and to sounds on floppy disk only. Other products are warranted for 90 days.

Returns - Please call (830) 627-1530 for a return authorization (RA) number and instructions before returning any items. We cannot accept returns without an RA number. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any video or software product.
