Order Arrival Times

Most orders ship either the same day we receive the order, or the following weekday. (If you mail in a check, the order will be held for 14 days while the check clears.) If an item is back ordered, we will notify you, and will usually ship the remainder of your order immediately; the back ordered item will be shipped as soon as it is received, and you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.

All delivery times here are given in business days - weekends are not included. For example, an order which ships on Wednesday and requires four business days for delivery will be delivered on the following Tuesday. We are not open on weekends, so any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders must be recevied by 2:30 pm Central Time in order to ship the same day. (We make every effort to ship orders the same day we receive them, however we cannot guarantee this.) These deliveries are made on weekdays only. A Next Day Air order shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday, unless an additional $16.00 Saturday Delivery fee is included. (If you place a Next Day order online and want Saturday delivery, please note this in the "Special Delivery Information" section; your online total will not reflect the $16.00 Saturday Delivery charge, but this will be charged to your credit card.)

Delivery times for Foreign Orders are difficult to predict, as we use a number of different shipping methods, depending on the products ordered. Also, we have no way to predict how long (if any) your order may be held up by customs. Typically, most foreign orders are received in one to two weeks.

Delivery times for U.S. Orders can be checked by selecting your state below. These delivery times are an approximation of when your order will be received; they are not implied to be a guarantee. Remember, these times show business days; 5 business days is one week.
