Submitting Material to HumBug Records

While we are not actively seeking outside material, we are always ready to hear songs or music that is good enough to change our minds about this. We are focusing mostly on jazz, particularly smooth jazz and contemporary jazz. Vocal songs should be very strong lyrically. Emotion and honesty are good; cliches, pretentiousness, and blatant commercialism are not good.

We focus on music that is very accessible to the average listener, though we do also like material which is outside the norm (but still very compelling). We're not the label for HipHop, rap, and dance submissions.
