We can accept returns for up to 45 days past the date of purchase; returns made after 45 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee. After 90 days, items are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call (830) 627-1530 for a return authorization (RA) number and instructions before returning any items. We cannot accept returns without an RA number. We cannot accept returns of electrical parts or software products; to make sure a part is returnable, enter the part number in the search box ('Syntaur part number') at the upper right of our home page. Unless it says 'This item is non-returnable', we can set up an RA.
Once you have obtained an RA number, write it prominently on the outside of the package, and ship it to:

We do not do exchanges; if you ordered the wrong item, simply place a second order for the part you need, and then contact us to return the incorrect part. This gets the right part on its way to you immediately, without waiting for the return process.
